TenantLinkr (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Plainspoken Foundry Nine. This policy explains what information the TenantLinkr application and website (tenantlinkr.plainspokenfoundrynine.com) collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. TenantLinkr is a tenant portal that connects renters with their property manager for payments, maintenance, documents, messages, and move-out.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your name and email address, used to identify you and to send secure sign-in links. Landlord/admin accounts also have a password, stored only in hashed form. We do not store tenant passwords.
• Content you create. Maintenance requests, messages, payment and ledger records, documents, notices, and move-out details associated with your lease. This content is tied to your tenancy or, for managers, to your properties.
• Photos and files. Images and documents you capture with your device camera or attach from your library — for example, a photo of a maintenance issue — which are stored against the record you attach them to.
• Usage and diagnostic data. Limited product-analytics and diagnostic information (for example, sign-in events and basic interaction data) to operate, secure, and improve the service.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

We use the information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate users, connect tenants with their property manager, keep each account's data separated and secure, maintain records for accountability, diagnose problems, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How information is shared

Your information is shared with the property manager responsible for your lease (and, for managers, with the tenants of their properties) as needed to operate the rental relationship. Each account's data is isolated from every other landlord and tenant on the platform. We otherwise share information only with service providers that help us run TenantLinkr (such as hosting and analytics providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. We do not share your data with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Tenant sign-in uses single-use secure links rather than stored passwords. Access to your data is restricted by authentication, and each account is isolated from all others.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Children's privacy

TenantLinkr is intended for use by adults (18+) in connection with a rental agreement. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
